GENERAL FEATURES

WHO SHOULD USE?
In the Law No. 5651, Internet Collective Use Providers are defined as those that provide individuals with the
opportunity to use the Internet in a certain place and for a certain period of time.
Any kind of internet access that offers its guests, employees and customers such as hotels, restaurants, cafes,
hospitals, student hostels, companies and public institutions; Legal and real persons are called Internet Bulk
Usage Providers. Institutions or individuals that distribute the Internet as a Collective Use Provider are
responsible for the crimes (insult, fraud, publishing of personal information) committed through the Internet
distribution service they provide. This responsibility covers all types of internet as a service; good or bad
includes intentional use. Any crime As a result, if a logging system is not used as required by Law No. 5651,
the responsible institution or persons who make the Internet service for public use are also responsible.
